Been a while kids. Lots of movies, lots of fun, lots of parties.

The 4th went very well this year. There was a little rain on the day of, but not enough to ruin the spirits of it. Lots of food, and lots of good people on both the 3rd and 4th. There was Boccii, poker, and plate spinning. The fireworks where so so. The bonfire was great. There was a Johny Dameon Cut out that someone had tied to a stake and put on top of the bonfire. At first a large group of little children threw rocks or small pieces of wood at it. Then they lit it, and the same children, now joined by several adults, started chanting "traitor". The fire reached the effigy, and it began rotating around the spit, like it was running away from the fire. Then when the fire caught, it burnt off the bindings first. This had the interesting effect of making it look like the effigy droped to its knees first and then colapsed forward on itself. It honestly reminded me of a witch burning. God Bless New England. My only contribution to the fire where a pair of boots that I had hiked several hundread miles in, but where no longer suitable to wear. I put them right on top, and afterwords didn't see any trace of them. It was the way they should have gone out.

So yea. The rest of my life is filled with work, movie nights (Thank you NetFlicks/Bill B.), Trivia nights, game nights, beer brewing (right now its a light ale known as a "Lawn mower" [and no it does not have grass in it], and a heavier "Cherry Wheat" [I loves me my cherries :Þ ]), trying to jog, trying to write my C.R.o.E., and about a hand full of other things.

Oh, speaking of other things .... sister is working on my new costume, and she is doing a marvelous job of it.... wait a sec, let me get a picture.....
